How to find a Woolworths receipt with Everyday Rewards
For a Woolworths shop in Australia, start with Everyday Rewards. Its app provides eReceipts through the Activity tab. You can also view them through your Everyday Rewards account online. Everyday Rewards: app features.
Find your Woolworths eReceipt
- Sign in to the Everyday Rewards account used for the shop.
- Open Activity and find the Woolworths transaction by date and amount.
- Open the transaction and its eReceipt, rather than stopping at the points summary.
- Check the items and total, then use the available download option to keep a copy.
Everyday Rewards says eReceipts are available for 14 months after shopping. A new receipt usually appears within seconds, but can take up to 20 minutes. Everyday Rewards: viewing and downloading eReceipts.
If your receipt is missing
Check whether you scanned the Everyday Rewards card associated with this account. If someone else did the shopping, ask which card they used. A new account or a change to receipt preferences should not be treated as a way to recreate an unlinked purchase.
For a recent shop, allow the published delay before checking again. If the transaction still cannot be found, or is older than the viewing window, ask the store whether it can retrieve a copy. Have the store location, purchase date, approximate time, total and payment method ready. Recovery depends on the records available.
Online grocery orders
If you ordered delivery or pickup, check the Woolworths account used to place the order and search its associated email address for the order number. Our email receipt finder with Woolworths selected can help locate those messages.
Read the document before saving it: an order acknowledgement may differ from the final items supplied and amount paid. Keep any later refund or adjustment alongside the purchase record.
Digital receipts and paper preferences
To change paper-receipt settings, Everyday Rewards directs app users to Account → Receipt Preferences. This controls future checkout preferences; it is a separate task from finding an existing receipt. Everyday Rewards: receipt preferences.
