How to find a Zara receipt or recover a lost store receipt
Zara has two useful routes: receipts already saved to your account, and a recovery form for a lost store receipt. The help pages linked here are for the US; select your purchase country on Zara’s site before following a local recovery or returns process.
Check receipts saved in the Zara app
If you showed your Zara QR when paying in store, open My Purchases → In-store in your account. Zara also lets you scan an existing paper receipt into the app. That second option needs the receipt you still have. Zara: in-store purchases.
Recover a lost store receipt
- Open Zara’s Recover my store receipt help page and follow its recovery-form link.
- Have the purchase date and reference numbers for some purchased items ready.
- Provide the credit, debit or gift card information requested by Zara’s form.
Zara lists those details as the information needed for its search. The documented form is card-based; for a cash purchase or an unsuccessful search, use Zara’s customer service. Enter payment information only on Zara’s own site.
Online orders and guest checkout
Check the order in the account used to buy it. If you checked out as a guest, find a purchase email and follow its order link. Zara documents both routes for accessing online order details and gift receipts. Zara: order access and gift receipts.
Search email for “Zara” and then the order number, if you have one. Check the mailbox used at checkout, including an older address, before assuming the order has vanished.
Choose the right document
A Zara gift receipt omits prices. If you are reconstructing spending, look for your full purchase document instead. If you are returning a gift, start with the gift receipt and the local return instructions. Zara: gift receipt features.
Once recovered, save the document with the purchase date. Check that every item you need is shown; an order email and a store receipt can refer to different purchases even when the dates are close.
